When you submit a consultation request we collect the name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, occasion details, preferred dates and any notes or inspiration images you choose to share.
How it is used
Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange your consultation and deliver your commission. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Retention
Enquiry records and measurements are kept for the duration of your commission and a reasonable period afterwards so repeat orders can be fulfilled accurately.
